Pest Management Foundation Scholarships
Offered by Pest Management Foundation (National Pest Management Association)
About This Scholarship
The Pest Management Foundation, the charitable arm of the National Pest Management Association, runs one application cycle each fall for a slate of donor-named scholarships. For 2026-27 the Foundation lists 26 separate awards, most worth $1,000 and some as much as $3,000 a year.
The awards cover a wide range of students. Some go to graduating high school seniors heading to college or trade school, others to current undergraduate or graduate students in any major, and several target students studying urban entomology or planning a career in professional pest management. A number of awards give priority to students whose parents or guardians work in the pest control industry, and a few are limited to particular states such as Hawaii, Georgia, Wyoming, and Colorado.
Applicants use one online portal and typically submit a resume, an unofficial transcript, an essay on professional goals, and at least one letter of recommendation. Recipients are notified in mid-January.
