Cameron Impact Scholarship
Offered by Bryan Cameron Education Foundation
About This Scholarship
The Cameron Impact Scholarship is one of the few private awards that covers full tuition for all four years of college, no strings attached to a specific school or major. It goes to a small group of well-rounded students who pair strong academics with real leadership and community involvement. Because only about 15 students win each year, treat this as a reach application worth doing alongside safer bets.
Eligibility
- U.S. citizen in the high school graduating class for the cycle you apply to
- Minimum 3.7 unweighted GPA (per foundation criteria)
- Demonstrated leadership, community service, and extracurricular involvement
- Plan to enroll full-time at an accredited four-year U.S. college or university
- Note: the application window runs during junior year, roughly a year before graduation
How To Apply
- Create an account and complete the online application on the foundation's website before the cap of 3,000 completed applications is reached
- Submit essays, transcript, and activity information; finalists complete an in-person interview in the fall
- Winners are announced in December of senior year
Frequently Asked Questions
How much is the Cameron Impact Scholarship actually worth?
It pays full tuition (not room and board) for four years, so the value depends on where you enroll — roughly $80,000 at a public university to $200,000 or more at a private one.
When should I apply?
Earlier than you'd think. The application closes in the spring of your junior year — or as soon as 3,000 completed applications come in — so juniors should start in the winter.
