CCPA Data Removal Request Page

To exercise the access, disclosure and deletion rights described in our Privacy Policy, please submit a verifiable request to us by filling out the form below.

Please note, however, your rights to access and delete may be limited under certain provisions of the CCPA. Please see our CCPA Privacy Policy for more details. When fulfilling your request, we will not provide pieces of information where such provision would be prohibited by law, including your social security number, your government-issued identification number, your account number, your account password or your security questions and answers.

The information we request below, and any additional information we may request when reviewing your submission, is to assist us in verifying your identity, fulfilling your request, and responding to your request. We will only use the information you provide to us with this request as permitted by law. Where feasible, we will match the identifying information you provide with the information we have on record.

If you choose to not provide us with the information we need to fulfill your request to verify your identity, we may provide you with a permissible alternative, for example, categories of information we collect.

You may only make a verifiable request for access or disclosure twice within a 12-month period.  You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

To respond to your request or provide you with personal information, The College Investor must verify your identity or your authority to make the request.  We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Understand that some of the Personal Information we collect is in the form of IP addresses, Unique IDs, and other identifying features. In order to fully delete your data per your request, you must provide sufficient information to make it possible.

The form below allows the collection of said data. You may also look at opting out of data collection by various platforms or switching to a web browser that doesn’t collect data, such as Brave.

  • You can use a site like https://whatismyipaddress.com/ to find your IP address.
  • You can find your Google unique ID by clicking on the “Lock” icon in your search bar -> cookies -> _ga -> entering the “Content”. The typical format is GA1.2.222222222.111111112
  • You can find your PushCrew unique ID by clicking on the “Lock” icon in your search bar -> cookies -> _wingify_pc_uuid -> entering the “Content”. The typical format is 7XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX7
  • Are you looking to opt-out, access, amend, or delete your personal data?
  • You may only make a verifiable request for access or disclosure twice within a 12-month period. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collect personal information or an authorized representative.
    You must describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We will keep a record of this request indefinitely. Fulfilling this form only is the initial request, and it may not constitute enough verifiable information to complete your request.
