About This Scholarship
The Enterprise Access HBCU Scholarship, funded by Enterprise Mobility and administered by the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, is one of the largest programs in TMCF's current lineup: 81 scholars each receive up to $15,000 for the 2027-2028 academic year, paid in two installments across the fall 2027 and spring 2028 semesters.
Eligibility covers full-time undergraduates from freshman through senior year in any major at TMCF member institutions — 57 publicly supported HBCUs, historically Black community colleges, predominantly Black institutions, and affiliated medical and law schools. Applicants need a minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA, U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residency, a 2027-2028 FAFSA on file by selection time, and demonstrated financial need.
The application asks for a two-minute video on how you will use your education to change the world and the community impact you have made or plan to make — language that echoes TMCF's own vision of changing the world one leader at a time. With 81 awards available, the odds here are meaningfully better than most five-figure scholarships.
