About This Scholarship
The Enterprise Access HBCC Scholarship is the community-college companion to TMCF's Enterprise Access HBCU program. Funded by Enterprise Mobility and administered by the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, it awards up to $1,500 each to 34 students attending historically Black community colleges, paid in a single fall 2027 disbursement toward tuition and fees.
Applicants must be enrolled full time during the 2027-2028 academic year at a TMCF member school, hold a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher, and be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. The program is open to all majors, requires the 2027-2028 FAFSA on file, and asks students to demonstrate financial need.
Community college students are chronically underserved by private scholarships, which makes a dedicated HBCC program notable. The application mirrors the HBCU version: a two-minute video on how you plan to use your education to change the world and the community impact you intend to make.
