The Northern Midwest Regional Council of Carpenters (NMRCC) represents United Brotherhood of Carpenters members across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, and its Scholarship Fund puts a portion of the council's resources directly toward the college costs of members' kids.
