About This Scholarship

The Johnson & Johnson Access-Ability Lime Scholarship supports college students with disabilities who are pursuing health care or STEM degrees and aiming for careers in the health care industry. It is sponsored by Johnson & Johnson, the global health care company, and administered by Lime Connect, a nonprofit that connects high-potential university students and professionals with disabilities to scholarship and career opportunities.

The award is worth $10,000 and is open to undergraduate, graduate, MBA, and PhD students enrolled at four-year universities in the United States. Beyond the financial award, recipients join Lime Connect's network, which offers mentoring and recruiting connections with major employers.

Applicants must be enrolled for the spring, summer, or fall 2027 term, be pursuing a health care or STEM-based degree with a desire to work in health care, and be actively engaged in driving disability inclusion. The application includes a resume, transcripts, one letter of reference, and three essay questions on career goals and disability inclusion. The 2026 application is open now and closes September 22, 2026, with letters of recommendation due September 29, 2026.

Eligibility

• Current undergraduate, graduate, MBA, or PhD student at a four-year U.S. university, enrolled for spring, summer, or fall 2027
• Identify as having a visible or invisible disability
• Pursuing a health care or STEM-based degree with a desire to pursue a career in health care
• Must join Lime Connect's free network to apply (no dues or fees)
